I have bought several stock units, but they just seem to be too dense. The custom ones are good. But I returned two units that were to dense and they refunded my credit card no problem

Product was ordered on rush - they delivered my item with 10 inch length at the 9 week mark. Honestly I could not ask for a better delivery time due to I know my needs are a pain to accomplish quickly.
I used these people about 4 years ago. I decided to give them a second chance this year and I was glad I did. They are a top notch company and are able to provide updates in a timely manner and answered my questions.
The product is VERY well made, hair density is nice and thick, styling was very easy to do and my hair stylist was able to do a cut in and style with ease.

It is not the first time that I have bought with them, but this time I do not know what happened! I returned to make the usual order and they sent me a 10X7 (measure that was not), I also asked for volume 120 and it seems that it is 80% it brings many empty holes and still new thing this time smells ugly and when combing it for the first time lost a lot of hair to be new, I will change supplier, the box was going super bad but I imagine that was a problem for the parcel
