I have been purchasing their hair systems since 2020. Their hair system is of very good quality.
I did receive it on time, However, They have done the hair separation on the opposite side of their picture, but it ended up that I liked it better. The length of the hair is too short, even if I did ordered a 6 inch length (The back hair was about only 2 inches in length. I was not to be able to wear it.
I have purchased the Worry-Free insurance which includes getting a full refund if your order doesn’t arrive as described. I had to throw my air system into the garbage. Customer Service did not want to give me a full refund as per their worry free insurance but only gave me a 100$ rebate on my next purchase.

My stylist says that these systems are the best they have ever used. Amazing how they stay untangled and how long they last. These are my 4th and 5th purchases. Will buy more again.
The product is fine, the shipment is fast and the packaging very well cared for. But I have wrong color and I had to perform the return. I am now trying with the help of the seller to choose the correct color for a new order.
