For Stock Hair Systems:

30-Day Exchange Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your stock hair system, you can exchange it for another product within 30 days of receipt. We offer this to ensure that you find the most suitable match for your style and requirements.

14-Day Return Policy: If you decide that you need to return your stock hair system, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, and in its original packaging.

For Custom Hair Systems:

Custom hair systems are made according to specific individual specifications, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless there are defects in materials or workmanship.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please initiate an exchange or return by contacting our customer service team. Provide them with your order number and the reason for your request.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs back to us unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our conditions for return or exchange.
  5. Exchange or Refund: If exchanging, we will ship the new item to you after the original has been received and inspected. If returning, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days after receiving the item.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • The item must be in the original, unworn condition with all packaging and accessories included.
  • Custom items are only eligible for exchange or return if there are defects.
  • Restocking fees may apply for returns depending on the item's condition and handling costs.

Restocking Fee: 

For returns, a restocking fee of 10% may apply if the item is not in its original condition or packaging. This fee compensates for the cost of inspecting, cleaning, and repackaging the returned item.
