π 1. Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
π¦ Ready-to-Ship Orders
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase free of charge.
- After 24 hours, cancellation is only possible if the item has not yet been shipped (not guaranteed).
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the item.
- Refused deliveries may result in shipping and handling fees.

π 2. Return & Exchange Policy
π Ready-to-Ship Products
β Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Product is unused, uncut, and unwashed.
- All original packaging and accessories are included.
- Request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- One free exchange per order (Hairbro covers outbound shipping).
- No signs of wear, odor, or damage.
β Not Eligible:
- Used, cut, washed, dyed, or altered products.
- Missing packaging or accessories.
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
- Orders not purchased from Hairbro.com.
π° Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after product inspection.
- Discount or coupon amounts will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping for non-quality related reasons.
π§΅ Custom-Made Products
Custom systems are made to your unique specifications and are not eligible for return or exchange unless due to a Hairbro error or quality issue.
β Eligible only if:
- You received the wrong item, size, color, or base type.
- The product has a confirmed quality issue (photo evidence required).
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
β Not Eligible:
- Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. color slightly different from screen).
- Customer selected incorrect specifications when ordering.
- Used, cut, washed, dyed, or altered products.
- Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery.
π Resolution:
If Hairbro is at fault, we will offer a free remake, replacement, or reasonable compensation.
π 3. Important Notes
- Only one free exchange is allowed per ready-to-ship order.
- Custom orders follow strict time-based cancellation/modification policies.
- Use a trackable courier when returning products.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for international returns.
- Submit all cancellation, modification, or return requests via email.
