For the best color match, take hair samples from different areas of your head where color varies. Clean the hair samples before sending to ensure the color analysis is accurate.

Thin skin toupees typically last for 1-2 months because they are very delicate. They are designed for short-term use with the advantage of a very natural appearance

Return and Cancel Policy

-The frontal lace was cut or damaged -The original packing or product was altered -The item was worn or sprayed with any hair styling products -The made-to-measure product

-There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 48 hours. -Any cancellation for orders placed on our website after 48 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee. -Any cancellation for orders placed on our website after 1 week will incur a 30% restocking fee. -Any cancellation for orders placed on our website after 4 week will incur a 50% restocking fee.

STOCK HAIR SYSTEMS: -Can only be returned if unworn and unaltered, whether alterations are made by you or by us at your request. -If the base size or hair length we cut for you is incorrect, please send in photos first to prove it. -Goods must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. -We will only replace or refund after we have received the goods. We take no responsibility for returns lost by postal services. - You will be responsible for the hair systems until they reach us. CUSTOM HAIR SYSTEMS: - If the quality issue existed in your newly-received hair system, we will take the responsibility to it . - You must provide photos and/or videos that demonstrate the issue. - Can only be returned if unworn and unaltered by you. - Goods must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. - Refunds can be claimed if the product is unworn and unaltered by you. - Refund attracts 50% service fee. - If you order a wrong custom made hair system accidentally, the hair system cannot be returned for a refund.
