Several different types of hair are provided at Hairbro.
The four popular types of hair are: Remy hair, European hair, Synthetic fiber and Normal human hair.
Remy hair is human hair, but the difference is how it's processed. Remy hair is cut from the head and tagged "root-to-tip." Throughout the entire manufacturing process, the hair is carefully kept in order.
With the traditional manufacturing process, the cuticle layer (outer layer) of the hair is the cause of tangling and matting problems. When the hair is examined under a microscope the cuticle layer looks like the bark of a palm tree and when the hair gets wet the shaft swells and the cuticle opens creating "horny barks."
Through the normal manufacturing process the hair is blended and ventilated. This process leaves the hair cuticle going in opposite directions and unless the cuticle is removed through an acid bath it will tangle and matte when wet.
With your own natural, growing hair all the cuticles are facing up, in the same direction, which prevents the tangling and matting problems when the hair is wet.
Remy hair is not virgin hair. If an order requires color, curl or wave added this will require further processing. Remy Hair does not mean the hair is not processed to remove the cuticle.
Hairbro can also make your order with REAL EUROPEAN HAIR.
It is considered that European hair is the softest and finest one among all hair types. It is silky and feels sleek; you can get a very natural movement. All our European hair is non- processed virgin hair, with all cuticles intact and hair in the same direction.
However, not all lengths of our European hair are available, please consult us before placing an order if you need a hair length longer than 6 inches.
To keep the hair in good condition, we usually use the original color of the hair to match your hair color, so there might be slight color difference if you choose European hair.

Because of the low luster, Chinese hair is manageable and sleek without having a shiny doll hair look. Hence it's the best choice for African Americans. Chinese hair ranges in color from off black to dark brown. It is naturally straight and does not wave up after being wet. It also does not swell of frizz in the humidity.
Chinese hair is very well behaved. It’s relative coarseness makes it an excellent match for African American wearers. Chinese hair is extremely strong, so it can be processed from virgin near black to platinum blond. It is the only hair type that can withstand extreme processing without degrading the hair quality. So wearers with light blonde hair or silver hair can consider Chinese hair.
We use the finest quality Indian hair in most of our hair replacement systems. The texture is very smooth and soft. Genetically, Indian hair is very similar to Caucasian hair in its basic structure.
With fine follicles, Indian hair is highly adaptable to color and texture processing. It holds curls perfectly and works very well with all ethnicities.
Ordinary Indian hair is collected on mass, where the hair lies disorganized in all directions. At this stage the cuticle layer is still in place, but unless the cuticle layers are all facing in the same direction, the hair would tangle and you would not be able to use it. In order to use this hair, it is necessary to remove the cuticles, which prevents it from tangling when used in hair replacement systems.
The ordinary Indian human hair is a great entry level option and represents excellent value for money. It is also perfect for those clients who change their hair replacement systems frequently, switching to a new system before the signs of wear & tear begin to surface.
