Hair washing helps prevent hair loss as it can keep your hair and scalp clean. But you should try not to wash your hair everyday, since shampoo can strip hair of its natural oils. A scalp massage with a nourishing oil will increase the blood flow to the surface of the skin on your head and your hair follicles. 3. Reducing mental stress

4. Seeking medical help for hair loss
Hereditary-pattern baldness is the most common cause of hair loss. In men, it is most commonly characterized by a receding hairline that forms a rough “M” shape. Although it is not a disease and is based on your genes, there are still treatments that your doctor can prescribe to you. One is Minoxidil, which is a topical solution that is applied to the scalp to stimulate hair follicles. Another is Finasteride, which is only intended for men and has proven effective in stopping male pattern baldness. While, there are other medicines, such as Rogaine. You don’t need a prescription, just follow directions on the box.
