3. Reducing mental stress
Sometimes, the root that causes hair loss is stress. Do everything possible to reduce any stress in your life and make time for exercise, meditation, massage therapy and relaxation. Walk, swim, or bike for 30 to 60 minutes per day. 4. Seeking medical help for hair loss
Hereditary-pattern baldness is the most common cause of hair loss. In men, it is most commonly characterized by a receding hairline that forms a rough “M” shape. Although it is not a disease and is based on your genes, there are still treatments that your doctor can prescribe to you. One is Minoxidil, which is a topical solution that is applied to the scalp to stimulate hair follicles.
